Delete your Village Services account

In the app (instant)

1. Sign in and open your Profile.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm twice (you'll type DELETE). Your account and personal information are removed immediately and you are signed out.

By email

Can't access the app? Email brad@villageservices.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We verify it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted, and what we keep

• Deleted: your profile (name, email, phone, photo, location), sign-in credentials, saved providers, notification tokens, and Board posts' association with you.
• Kept in anonymized form: reviews and job history that other members rely on (with your identity removed).
• Kept as required by law: payment and payout records (typically 7 years, for tax and financial regulations).
